Hi, I'm Keith.

I've spent 13 years building products and leading teams at companies like Grab. These days, I train professionals at SMU Academy and run Cclarity, a LinkedIn intelligence tool for B2B teams.

Along the way, I discovered that AI tools like Claude Code had changed what was possible. I built CheckHowMuch.sg, a 9,700+ page property intelligence site, without a single developer. No agency. No WordPress. Just me, a laptop, and a conversation with an AI.

Now I teach others to do the same. Not because everyone needs a 9,700-page site, but because everyone deserves to own their online presence without paying someone else every month for the privilege.

Your day, step by step

Morning

Setup and orientation

Install Claude Code, get comfortable with the terminal. We start from absolute zero. By the end of this block, you'll have your development environment ready and understand how to talk to an AI that builds things for you.

Late morning

Build your website

Scaffold your site, add your content, customise the design. You'll work at your own pace with Keith available for help. By lunch, you'll have a working website on your laptop.

After lunch

Deploy and go live

Push your site to the internet. Set up your domain. Your website is now live, hosted for free, and fully yours. No subscriptions, no middlemen.

Afternoon

SEO and content systems

Bake in SEO fundamentals. Set up a system for creating blog posts and new pages at scale. Learn how to keep growing your site long after the workshop ends.

Preparation

Before the workshop

Come prepared so we can hit the ground running. No technical experience needed, just these basics.

Bring

  • A laptop (Mac or Windows, charged)
  • Your laptop charger
  • An idea of what your website is about (business, portfolio, blog, etc.)

Set up before class

  • A paid Claude Pro account (US$20/month, required for Claude Code)
  • A free GitHub account
  • A free Cloudflare account
  • A domain name (optional, we can do this in class)

    The Claude Code Workshop is a one-day, in-person workshop in Singapore where non-technical professionals build a real, deployable website using Claude Code, with no prior coding required. It's run by Keith Teo (13+ years in product, ex-Grab, built CheckHowMuch.sg with 9,700+ pages entirely in Claude Code). Cohorts are kept to 5–6 seats and held at ERC Institute, UE Square from 10am to 4:30pm. Upcoming May 2026 dates: Tue 26 May (Claude Code), Thu 28 May (Claude Code), Fri 29 May (Manus). Investment is S$249 per seat with a full refund if you don't find value, plus ongoing support after the workshop.
    Not at all. This workshop is designed for non-technical people. If you can use a computer, you can do this.
