Keith Teo, product leader and Claude Code trainer based in Singapore

Keith Teo

Product leader. AI builder. Trainer.

I've spent 13 years building products and leading teams at companies like Grab, where I shipped features used by millions across Southeast Asia. I led product teams, defined roadmaps, and learned that the best products come from deeply understanding the people who use them.

Today I'm Head of Product at Elitez, a Singapore recruitment and HR group, building their applicant tracking and learning products.

Outside work, I run AI Power Users, a free meetup community in Singapore for founders and operators putting AI to work. Seven meetups, 625 sign-ups so far. I'm also a trainer at SMU Academy, and I deliver private Claude Code training for company teams.

I built CheckHowMuch.sg, a 9,700+ page property intelligence site, without a single developer, plus One Big Guide and SeeWhatIf. Before that, Cclarity, a LinkedIn MCP I built and ran from 2023 to 2026, now being rebuilt as a web app.

I also research what Singapore actually does with AI, and how AI is changing 12 professional roles here, recomputed from the raw Anthropic, OpenAI and MOM releases.

I'm based in Singapore, but my perspective is global. I believe the best way to learn is by building something real.
