Workshop bookings

By booking a workshop, you agree to these terms. Payment is collected at the time of booking via our payment provider.

What you get

Each workshop includes everything listed on the workshop page under "What's included". You leave with a live, deployed website and the knowledge to maintain it.

Refund policy

If you attend the workshop and feel you didn't get value, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Cancellation

• 7+ days before the workshop — full refund
• 3-7 days before — 50% refund or transfer to a future session
• Less than 48 hours — no refund (you may transfer to a future session)
• No-show — non-refundable

What you own

Everything you build during the workshop is yours. The website, the code, the content. We claim no ownership over anything you create.

What we provide

We provide instruction, materials, and hands-on guidance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from the website you build. Results depend on your content, effort, and market.

Ongoing costs

The website you build uses free hosting (Cloudflare Pages free tier). Domain registration is typically $10-15/year and is paid directly to a domain registrar. The Claude Code subscription ($20/month) is paid directly to Anthropic if you wish to continue building after the workshop.

Liability

We provide this workshop on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the workshop or the website you build. Our total liability is limited to the workshop fee you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
